Veteran Headshot – Release form
By participating in the free headshot session offered by Edmund Ng (the Photographer), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Photography session:
The photography session is intended to capture a professional headshot for veterans transitioning from full-time service. The session will take place at a location provided by the Photographer.
2. Ownership and license
The Photographer owns all the photos taken but permits you to use them for personal purposes (e.g. social media and personal printing).
3. Photo usage
You cannot sell or distribute the photos for commercial use, but the Photographer may use them for business or marketing purposes and will not disclose any of your private information before gaining your consent.
You release the Photographer from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of the photos, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of any personal or property rights.
4. Altering photos
Without express permission provided by the Photographer, no photo may be edited, changed, or altered in any way.
5. Delivery of photo
The Photographer will provide you with a digital copy of a single (1) photo chosen by you.
