Add or update billing
- Go to Meta Business Suite or Billing & payment settings for the business that owns your WhatsApp assets.
- Add a valid payment method (card or supported instrument for your country).
- Confirm the WhatsApp / Messages product is linked to that billing profile.
- Review spend caps or alerts so you get notified before unexpected charges.
Operational tip
If you send roughly tens of customer service messages per day and rely mostly on session replies inside the 24-hour window, your net cost may stay low—but always verify current Meta pricing and free tiers in official documentation; they change by region and product.
