To start the Instagram ↔ Facebook Page connection, make sure you are an admin of the Facebook Page you want to use.

In Facebook (Page settings)

Open Facebook and switch to your Page (not your personal profile).
Go to Settings for the Page.
Find the Instagram section (wording may vary; look for “Connect account” or “Linked Instagram”).
Log in to Instagram when prompted and authorize the link.
Confirm the Instagram account shown is the professional account you use for the business.

In Meta Business Suite (optional path)

Some workspaces manage the link from Meta Business Suite → Settings → Business assets. Ensure the same Page and Instagram account appear together under your business.
