This guide walks you through linking Facebook Messenger on your Facebook Page to Edmund Ng so automated flows can send and receive messages on your behalf.

Before you begin

You need admin access to the Facebook Page you want to connect.
Sign in to Edmund Ng with an account that is allowed to manage channels.
In Facebook, confirm Messenger is enabled for the Page (Settings → Messaging).

Connect the channel in Edmund Ng

Open the Edmund Ng dashboard and go to Channels (or your workspace channel settings).
Choose Facebook Messenger and start the connection flow.
When prompted, log in with Facebook and select the correct Page.
Approve the permissions Edmund Ng needs to read and send messages.
Finish the wizard and send a test message from a personal account to your Page to confirm delivery.

Troubleshooting

If the Page does not appear, verify you are using a Facebook profile with Page admin role (not only editor).
Disconnect any old Messenger integrations that might conflict, then try connecting again.
